I thought it was common knowledge that plastic recycling (including soft plastics) was only ever a way for the plastics industries (and downstream businesses lile food packaging) to keep on pumping out the plastic. And I say this as someone who keeps putting plastics into my domestic recycling here in the UK, and taking soft plastics to the supermarket collection points. Question: would it be better if I just put it all in the non-recyclables bin?
