What's the SOTA for generating animated vector graphics these days? The text-oriented LLMs don't seem to be able to draw aesthetic SVG paths, and the image diffusion models do bitmaps rather than vectors. I think there's a big market for a GenAI Illustrator with After Effects so hope someone cracks it.
