How do you find out if a particular ski shop has ALPR in their car park?
- pilingual 1y agoIn that instance they had a one way entrance and exit, so I drove out the entrance. My policy now is to drive through an ALPR, mark it on OsmAnd, then go a different route. Google street view is helpful, though these things are going up at an alarming rate. There's also a website that has a list, though it isn't maintained (e.g. there are hundreds of these near me but none are on that website).
- pabs3 1y agoI just found a tool for this: https://deflock.me/ https://deflock.me/ https://github.com/FoggedLens/deflock https://github.com/FoggedLens/deflock Looks like there are quite a few such sites: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dsurveillance https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dsurveilla...
