The author mentions putting 20% down and getting a mortgage. Even with insurance, for a 10 year mortgage 29k is 430 per month. Or you live with your parents and save on $1500 rent for 2 years, bam you can buy it with cash.
- dangus 1y agoThen the author proceeded to not include that cost in the example budget. They even had the gall to mention having a 700 credit score to buy such a house. Not a lot of people with this kind of low budget have a 700 credit score.
