Rick Rubin? Like the music producer? The "this song makes me feel orange" guy?[1] Since when is he into vibe coding? [1] https://www.tiktok.com/@danielswall/video/7493027546355813663 https://www.tiktok.com/@danielswall/video/749302754635581366...

He became the face of a meme for vibe coding. It's explained in the podcast above, or this video version: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44078485 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44078485

Yeah - is this THE Rick Rubin? Is there another Rick Rubin? Is this just taking the idea of his quote as inspiration and turning it into code? Has he had the time to step back from producing to learn JS and recontextualize the Tao Te Ching into this? What is up with this site? EDIT: Found it: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/rick-rubin-on-art-life-and-vibe-coding/id1680633614?i=1000709576152 https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/rick-rubin-on-art-life... (would be nice if the original person posting this on git or wherever put a link to this so we had an idea wtf is going on)
