It's So Over
- badrequest 1y agoThe "it" in question is this website's certificate?
- joshstrange 1y agoVery Black Mirror-ish. Though the ending was a little confusing to me and I’m not 100% sure what it’s trying to convey. It was interesting until the end where I felt it was anti-climatic and abruptly ends.
- dexwiz 1y agoI had the same thought, but maybe that's the point. Tech can blow up our lives in very random, unexpected ways, and there is very little recourse to fix it. I can think of multiple instances where someone had their Gmail account closed with no warning, and their only recourse is to take to social media. I have seen such instances even on this site.
- joshstrange 1y agoThat was my best guess, a comment on how helpless we are if a corp locks our account. I guess the "Green Fist" story line just didn't make sense to me especially with the "red pill"-ing aspect of the first part of the video (alpha male bs). I was just doing a lot of different things and I couldn't find a clean through-line.
- pupppet 1y agoPeople are still using Vimeo eh?
- brador 1y agoI got to the video then immediately skipped the video to 1/3, it took more than 2 seconds to load in so I scrolled around and left the page. Not even joking. Internet has ruined my attention span. Which means everyone else is toast.
