its an experiment, it could be rolled back in a year but, I do think in the future, these "premium" agent accounts will be like the Amex Centurion...when your "premium" agent wants to arrange a table at French Laundry, it jumps the line etc we are definitely headed towards a future where some agents get priority over others, this happens in any services market
