To be honest, and maybe I’m using LLMs wrong, but are they really _replacing_ juniors? I use ChatGPT occasionally, as a teacher. I feed it a query and typically it responds with the correct result. Wouldn’t this be empowering junior developers and make them more productive? I use ChatGPT in the same way to learn German.
