Hotel suites offer everything you mention. At hotels you also don’t have to worry about spy cameras, upset neighbors and questionable legality. I did use AirBnB years ago with my family and it was great. However the quality tends to reflect the country. I have had wonderful experiences in Northern Europe and the worst in San Francisco.
