For many tennis players, love means nothing.
- alexey-salmin 1y agoSo it does for many ordinary people. Money can't buy happiness but nether could the absence of money. It's not really a good argument against money.

- alexey-salmin 1y agoAh, funny, thanks. I guess it's one of these things that rich people know and I don't.
- huhkerrf 1y agoI'm pretty sure the person above you is making a joke, because "love" equals zero in tennis scoring.
- Black616Angel 1y agoWhat? Money absolutely CAN buy happiness. What do you even talk about? Probably all of the current problems in my life could be solved with money.
- decimalenough 1y agoThe old joke is that money can't buy happiness, but it certainly can rent it for a while.
- Cthulhu_ 1y agoOr a more modern tweet, money can't buy happiness but it's more comfortable to cry in a mercedes.
- arkey 1y agoNah, money can buy pleasure, security, confidence, comfort... but happiness is not necessarily a consequence of that. Some rich people live a very unhappy life. I wouldn't trade places with them for their money. CAN you be happy because you have money? Yeah, why not. WILL you be happy if you have money? No guarantees at all.
- portaouflop 1y ago>Money can't buy happiness It always depends on the circumstances and the person but generally I would say that money can definitely buy happiness. I think that sentiment is mostly cope by those less wealthy.
