- Tepix 1y agoExactly. I‘ve never had a chat on Telegram with E2EE that wasn‘t originated by myself. My guess is less than 1% of Telegram is E2EEd. Probably less than 0.1% even. After all, they don‘t offer E2EE for group chats at all.
