Windows tax anyone?
- defrost 1y agoDunno 'bout that, King William III had an army and navy in 1696 and controlled the Royal Mint that issued coin. It's an interesting aside that the Windows tax in great part was driven by revenue loss resulting from coin clipping.
- prewett 1y agoParent did not provide a link, but apparently there was a historical tax on actual windows: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_tax https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_tax
- blitzar 1y agoI am going to throw copies of windows 98 disks into the Boston Harbor.
