I think visible frustration is appropriate given that even US based judges think Apple is being wildly inappropriate, to the point of recommending criminal contempt. I think that's an appropriate note for an adult discussion here. I think I'm very, very tired of Apple apologists flooding HN. I think this comment is a classic "Woe is me you used potty language!" style distraction from the issue at hand, and isn't an appropriate response.
