- sherdil2022 1y agoIf you have moved on, move on. Why do you want to do your old job again? As the article says - with worse terms, no benefits, and a pile of opportunity cost. The way I avoid this is by mentioning an exorbitant hourly rate - and I never hear back from my 'old jobs'.
