- criddell 1y ago87% of young people prefer expressive designs? Over what? If something is not expressive, what is it? Maybe Bauhaus-Modernist? Looking at their list of expressive attributes — energetic, emotive, positive vibe, creative, playful, friendly — it sounds exhausting. Who wants their spreadsheet and email to be more like a slot machine? But then I'm in the 55-64 group, so it wasn't designed for me. Give me the Bauhaus design where form follows function and ornamentation is restrained (which I think makes it more impactful).
