- ben1040 14y agoPer that article, Mueller is saying that in reference to a previous case before the ITC, not this newest filing.
- vidarh 14y agoMueller is not exactly a reliable source of anything but what the preferred viewpoint of his current corporate clients. Sometimes it coincides with reality, but often it does not (see his coverage of Oracle's case against Google, for instance, and how it kept shifting as he was proven wrong time after time, and consider that Oracle is one of his known clients)
