I thought sim racing with VR was one of the coolest gaming experience I’ve ever had. But once I got busy and tried to go back to it while not having a dedicated setup, it seemed like a real PITA and I just stopped doing it. The heat, weight, variable motion sickness, and cable madness didn’t seem worth it.
- wkat4242 1y agoA lot of these things are much better on later models. No more cables even with pcvr. Quest 3 is thinner. The heat will probably stay but personally I don't notice it so much. I don't VR in summer but that's because it gets so hot here that just walking around is enough to make me sweat profusely.
