Same interaction here and I was just about to post about it too. Followed up multiple times via email, even reached out to Michael Truell on Linked In, no response. Planning on doing a charge back if nothing else works. I did a little research after running into this and it looks like it's been going on for months according to Reddit threads and some Twitter threads.
