Oral exams, face to face interviews, etc. If you think of the LLM as a tireless coach and instructor and not a junior employee you’ll have a wonderful opportunity. LLMs have taught me so so much in the last 12 months. They have also removed so many roadblocks and got me to where I wanted to be quicker.
