OMG you actually believe that. I am perennially surprised how little anyone knows about what actually happens in European governments. I hope one day Continental Europe will catch up with 1990s-2000s America and publish their law (including binding opinions) in machine-readable formats, but we know that will never happen because it encourages comments like yours.
