Interesting, I feel that it worked OK for the first couple questions, but then I got annoyed with that it kept asking questions even though I felt we had established my answer. Perhaps there should be a visual indication of completing a topic. If it had said "1/3 topics covered" after it was satisfied with my answer and before it shifted the conversation I might have answered a couple more questions. I was tempted to not hit the submit survey button because I felt I was abandoning it.
