- GianFabien 1y agoPain is a great teacher. Most folks won't put their hand on a stove hotplate a second time. I'm no Linus, but maybe I too should have screamed at team members who repeatedly push sub-standard work. Being a proactive mentor to some folks just doesn't get through.
