You seem to be confusing aviation standards with aviation regulation.
- decimalenough 1y agoThey're not separable. Who do you think is coming up with the standards?
- pc86 1y agoI think they can be separated though there's certainly overlap. But standards are going to be coming largely from pilots. Regulations are coming entirely from bureaucrats.
