- bburnett44 1y agoI’m sure this group is good but jeez this is a lot of praise for a company whose security record is … uh … less than stellar
- hulitu 1y agoSomeone also said that and got flagged. I guess some people deserve it.
- robertlagrant 1y ago> All that data gushing through its pipes means Microsoft is ideally positioned to catch hackers in the act. And to do all sorts of other things, I imagine.

- senectus1 1y agoI know a guy on this team. Top bloke, good at what he does. quite keen at doing it well. If that any indicator of the rest of the team its an impressive line up.
- hulitu 1y ago> I know a guy on this team. Top bloke, good at what he does. quite keen at doing it well. I also knew some good programmers who went to Microsoft. And there is also Mark Rusinovitsch. But the overall quality and security of Microsoft software sucks big time. And their breaches (AD, Outlook) are legendary.
- senectus1 1y agothese guys dont write software, they hunt search and monitor. they help find how you got hacked and walk you through how to recover.

- luma 1y agoThe article opens with Salt Typhoon, an attack on telephone switch gear detected by MS. Are you suggesting that switch gear was created "so shitty" by MS? I feel that, in your rush to blame Microsoft, you might have skipped over the facts presented.
