  I was going off the fact the article linked to an archive page of the New York Public Library, so I assumed they had some connection to New York and decided to make a pun when naming their kid. Its more common than you'd think. I used to know a guy whose middle name is "Brusch" and last name is "Rohde"..."Bush Roadie".
