- WalterGR 1y agoIf not, that seems ... shocking. Edit: I was not aware of this, somehow, lo these many years. Per Google, emphasis mine: $FOIA grants the public the right to request records from the executive branch of the U.S. Government. However, it specifically excludes the Legislative and Judicial branches, including the Supreme Court.$
