Are you suggesting that there are some smart people gathering in a dark room somewhere putting a plan to control the masses, or is this just how the system works? Could you please suggest some books? Actually, I know what you are talking about, but this question is intentional just to be sure.

I’m suggesting single minded lascivious persons seclude in dark crevices, and the throngs of tens of thousands who are fed and provoked my them (each their own tens of thousands) loot everything dear in this world. There is a mob culture of the thought controlled and there are the “game masters” who have been indoctrinated into an inner workings of a machinework which underlies and overrides all modernity. Anything about the voices in our heads being actual disembodied others, who screw all and provoke mass delusion (with very real yet impossible to document consequences.)   I think I know very well what you are talking about. I come from a culture where a lot of men, scholars, used to write a lot of books, one of their books could be in 10 volumes or something, and this is just one book. And they know poetry very well. And they know how to fight well with swords, ride and control the horse at the same time, and maybe carry a shield too. Their debate skills were very high because their knowledge is engraved in their mind. If I have an idea about a full self, it is them. And the lovely modernity is making us 1% of that. Anyone who can't see that is a fool.

Btw, the smart people are the ones who deny these things are even possible. We call those “the incredulous.” Power is coveted and curated by the single minded and persistent wills. Our America is gamified and we cannot even accept who’s games we play.
