Can it run in a GitHub action ?
What I want is to be able to do is.
1. Create a branch called TaskForLLM_123
2. Add a file with text instructions called Instructions_TaskForLLM_123.txt
3. Have a GitHub action read the branch, perform the task and then submit a PR.
