- ramesh31 1y agoIt seems mostly like induced demand from the equipment being cheap and readily available these days. People have always regretted their tattoos after getting older, but it was never a thing in the 90s or 2000s to just go down to a local clinic and have it done for a few hundred bucks. It was something you just heard about rich/famous people doing every now and then.
