In the UK we have the Trade Descriptions Act which would not see the funny side of this (though you can't have a Cybertruck here so its moot point). Doesn't America have something like that?
- IncreasePosts 1y agoYes, consumer protection laws are fairly strong here, these types called "truth in advertising laws". I'm guessing Tesla will be sued and forced to give everyone auto steer, and if that isn't available, FSD.
