With the same reasoning as yours, I'll have a 500W HiFi with speakers and subwoofers on me, shouting annoying and loud noise continuously while I walk in the streets? To be noticed when I cross as a pedestrian or on my bicycle? Or, like, people could just careful? Around me people drive carefully and they don't hurt cyclists or electric bikes.
