I'm not from the USA. Could also be seen as 'make europe great again' as well. The EU has a chips act, the critical raw material act, battery alliance, active pharma, clean industrial tech plan, eu banned huawei and ZTE, and the 'friend shoring' initiative. All of these are anti-china; but really shouldnt be seen this way.
