Thank you for your comment. That makes a lot of sense what you are saying. I agree there is no quick fix. I believe there are more efficient and less efficient tools for a particular person. For example, I talked about my "not good enough" in therapy, but I still behaved like this in my normal life. When I started doing hypnosis, my healing process accelerated. It felt to me like that belief did not even exist in my head before, like it was just an illusion. It made me think that working with subconscious mind is more efficient than with logical conscious mind. What is your opinion?
