Any one company moderating speech isn't a first amendment violation though. The first amendment is entirely focused on the right to sleek freely without risk of government intervention, it says nothing of private corporation interventions.

- guappa 1y agoIf the government is telling companies what to do, how do you claim there's no government intervention? Do you also think it's impossible to convict anyone for murder because it was the bullet killing the victim, not the person holding the gun?
