The good stuff, if you're lucky, is that you figure out what you want and care a lot less about what other people think (except at 2am when one likes to ponder embarrassing incidents across the decades). The bad stuff, unless you're lucky, is that people you love keep dying all the fucking time. I believe they call it "the human condition" ... but then I'm only in my 50s, so I guess we'll see?
