Engineers need to be in the top 5%* of intelligence, operators don’t. Expecting the average person to become an engineer is a non solution.
*With hard work and a good environment maybe we can extend this to 15%. Certainly not 50%.
- koliber 1y agoImagine the most average American. Close your eyes and focus hard. What do they look like? How do they think? Average people should not become engineers. Average people should not be creating software. Think of the bridges, planes, and skyscrapers average people would build.
