The Activa/Xantia suspension was nice, but it was nowhere near the Bose Magic Carpet. It was a nice, mass market adaptive damping suspension. The Bose is a fully active linear actuator, and fast. It can move your wheel around a speed bump independently. It's awesome. It was also north of $100k just for the suspension and iirc was never used in mass production.
