This all reads like "Things THEY don't want you to know!" conspiracy BS. What do you claim to know that hundreds/thousands of game engine devs don't?

- baremetalengine 1y agoOpen your mind. This isn’t about conspiracies — it’s about optimization. BareMetal is about designing engines to run photorealistic graphics more efficiently on modest GPUs. AAA studios often brute-force performance with hardware instead of better code, pushing unnecessary upgrades and planned obsolescence. This isn’t a new idea — it’s been done before. Games have historically looked incredible on limited hardware when developers prioritized efficiency. We’re just bringing that mindset back. It’s not a conspiracy. It’s a paradigm shift.
