SolarWinds Security Chief Tim Brown Hopes the SEC Will Dismiss Charges

- impish9208 1y ago> WSJ: How have you been dealing with this personally? > Brown: There’s a lot of hidden stress. I ended up having a heart attack the week that I was notified [of the charges], and that’s one of the things that people have to understand: They may think they’re handling stress well, but they’re really not. Luckily, I’m fine, after a couple of stents and a short stay in the emergency room. > When you go through something like this, you just have to get to the point where you say you’re OK with the worst thing that can happen. I wasn’t going to jail. A monetary penalty and then a bar from being a director and officer was the worst-case scenario, and if you can get past that, you can kind of deal with it a little better.
