No? I've never fried a steak. I grill them.

  You never eaten a steak from a pan? Or you just never used any additional fat under the steak, which technically makes it grilling? Sorry, I'm not a native speaker and I thought frying is anything you do on a pan with no cover. I guess there's also searing but I thought it was kind of frying.     Nope. We grill steaks in Argentina. We do not fry them.
