- Jtsummers 1y agoSomehow it didn't surprise me when I saw Gerald Weinberg's name on the list of producers. His book The Psychology of Computer Programming touches on this and related topics, especially how to study what works and doesn't in programming or programming in teams.

- gitroom 1y agobeen following weinberg for a while now, his take on team dynamics always hits for me. anyone else ever wonder if old-school problems in coding just never really go away, no matter how much tech changes?
- blendo 1y agoI started programming professionally in 1980, so this video hits close to home. My own observation is that more “aesthetic” code is often more readable.
