I'm pretty sure that Kim Dotcom hasn't broken any NZ laws. Only a law in the USA. That's why the whole case is really borked.

- sanxiyn 14y agoI am not sure. I agree that while copyright is governed by international agreements, this case probably falls outside of what is agreed. I don't think safe harbor provisions are harmonized across jurisdictions.
