I'm a bit confused as to why something that could be achieved with a single Saturn V launch 60 years ago, now requires about 10 launches of a heavy lift vehicle with 100t LEO payload, plus an additional launch of another, completely different heavy lift vehicle, and an orbital rendezvous of two different manned vehicles?
- theGeatZhopa 1y agoAs often in these times, may be the idea is built with & on frameworks, and, hence, carry much technical debt and that results up being such.
