Apache has so much functionality. Why wouldn't anybody use it? I started using it when Oracle's Webcache wouldn't support newer certificates and I had to keep Oracle Portal running. I could edit the incoming certificate (I had to snip the header and the footer) and put it in a specific header for Portal to accept it.
