"EU development fund" I can't imagine there being some North America development fund redistributing wealth to various projects. Sounds obscene lol

  What part of deprived areas being allocated funds so they are less deprived is obscene? Perhaps it's obscene the US doesn't have an equivalent!

      I am telling you that most of the good developments in my area - which is deprived and would not have had the funding otherwise - were through the EU regional development fund. Whatever you think of it, that is the reality. But what do I know, I just live here!
