- sneak 1y agoIt’s just how they choose to operate. It’s not a force of nature, it’s an engineered customer-hostile circumstance. Apple weren’t always service-revenue shitheads, it’s a new thing. The company is nearly 50 years old, and for most of it they didn’t treat their customers and developers with contempt.
