The company I work for is getting bought out by another company. That acquiring company built their whole business and product on "people-first". They are making a lot of profit in an industry (real estate) that has been contracting. I don't know what their AI plans are, only that they have them, and I would not be surprised if they are building "people-first" AI into their products. I guess people, not things, creates value.
