I'd guess way more Canadians are government employees than most jurisdictions which is why. Also lots of industries with no competitive pressure (banks, telco)

- codingbot3000 1y agoWhy do you think that is equivalent with work-from-home days? Maybe it is just that their winters are harder, and instead of commuting in a snow storm, they chose to work from home?
