I've got a "TED" which appears to have similar functionality. http://www.theenergydetective.com http://www.theenergydetective.com The main obstacle to usage is making sure you don't kill yourself during installation. Not sure why there would be any recurring fees (other than to scare you into donating early!) ... are you going to charge me to put my own data into a bar chart? (ahh ... that's why)
