I would reject the comparison as a false dichotomy. The world's political systems can't just be bimodal distribution of ineffectual neolibs and self-styled 'strong man' autocracts.

- ForHackernews 1y agoI don't understand the question either. "Compare" in what way? Both torture and civil war are bad, but they're not similar or analogous. How would you compare child abuse to famine?
